Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is a private, 101-bed facility located on a five-acre campus in the Florida panhandle. Licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, Twelve Oaks provides a serene environment in which clients can begin the recovery process under the care and direction of dedicated and experienced experts in the fields of drug rehabilitation and chronic pain treatment.

About Twelve Oaks Recovery

Located in Navarre, Florida, Twelve Oaks has helped hundreds of adults and teens recover from chronic pain, drug dependency and addiction. Beginning with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, we create personalized treatment plans that are designed to help our patients develop a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Twelve Oaks provides compassionate, 12 Step-based treatment at various levels of care, including detox, inpatient drug rehab, outpatient services and a partial hospitalization program. We also offer an intensive education program for family members of patients. The family program is designed to help family members learn about the disease of addiction and co-dependency so they may be better equipped to offer positive support for their loved one.
