We recognize that treatment must be holistic in nature and that recovery is only possible through the integrated treatment of addiction and mental health issues. Residents at Burkwood have the time, free from distraction and stress, to focus on bettering themselves, and can do so in an environment of peace and serenity.

An average day at Burkwood includes meditation and group therapy in the morning, followed by an educational lecture and a community support group meetings.
